I ordered this piece to have embedded into a custom golf putter for my husband. I made a special request that the loop on the back be removed as it would not be used. To my surprise, the piece came with the loop removed and a personal note. The lab head was exactly what I was looking for and to have it customized per my request was an added bonus.
